There are a few cases where the tooltip hovers remain hanging in the interface when the the button they refer to is no longer there, or no longer in the right place. These include the tooltips for buttons on inline popups for links and images.

The following reproduces this error:

1. @mention a user and select them
2. Click on hyperlinked user in editor and select 'Unlink'
3. Help text hover get's left behind after selecting option (see attached)
