When i'm installing confluence (atlassian-confluence-5.4.2-x64.bin) and then configure via webpage - connected to jira, on the page "Load users and groups" i cannot go NEXT. i just see it as gray:

I overcome the issue by editing HTML in firebug and change disabled="disabled" to nothing, but for some users it can be hard :)5
