Decision blueprint with table inside does not respect table header properties

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create decision blueprint page
2. Fill in information
3. Insert table with header in one of the decision cells
4. Preview/save page - note that header displays only down left side just like decision blueprint.
5. Try to remove header all together from table - header still displays in left column even though not shown in edit mode.

Table within a table, but not in decision blueprint, with different header properties does respect the values as shown in the screenshots.
