Edit in Office not available for CSV files in Internet Explorer

      Summary of Bug

      Using the WebDAV and 'Edit In Office' feature, it does not seem to be possible to edit CSV files in Internet Explorer. However, it works fine in FireFox (although the extension has to be mapped in the WebDAV add-on for FireFox)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach a CSV file to a Confluence page
      2. Head to the Attachments section, and try to use 'Edit In Office' for the attached CSV file
      3. There will be a prompt that says the file might be dangerous (the same prompt appears for xls files), but after clicking 'Yes', nothing happens
