JIRA Issue Macro does not render correctly within tables when exported to PDF

      If you add a JIRA Issue Macro into a cell of a table in a confluence page and then export this to PDF.

      The resulting PDF isn't formatted correctly the JIRA Issue Macro overflows out of it's cell overlapping the rest of the content.
