I had a page called "Is this a sample question?" The page was then deleted. It no longer shows up in search or the Alphabetical View. However, it still shows up under the Tree View. If I click on the link it says " A page with this title has been deleted. Contact your space administrator if you would like it restored."

I tried rebuilding the index with no luck.

Trying to be really clever I created another page with the exact same name. I then deleted that page. Now my Tree View has two links to "Is this a sample question?" The URLs for the two links are identical. Clicking on either page gives the Page Deleted error screen.
