Installation Fails at Load users and groups from JIRA

    Description

      I am installing confluence on Ubuntu. After I configure the Jira url and admin account details, the installation is unable to proceed. The page shows the message "Full Synchronization completed successfully", but the next button is disabled. Please see the attached image..
