Distraction Free editor w/ Full Screen Chrome has toolbar in the center of edit area

Distraction Free editor leaves sometimes some distracting elements behind.

To Reproduce

1. open some Confluence page you can edit
2. press e to edit
3. press Ctrl+Shift+F to trigger Distraction Free editor
4. verify that toolbar is present at the top of page
5. press F11 to trigger Full Screen of browser
6. verify that everything looks OK (i.e. toolbar at the top of the page)
7. switch off Distraction Free editing Ctrl+Shift+F
8. switch on Distraction Free editing Ctrl+Shift+F
9. verify that toolbar is unexpectedly somewhere on the edit area (see example in attached image)
