Error Retrieving Breadcrumbs Warning In The Move Page Dialog Box

When moving a child page under parent page that has special character (double quote "") in the title, there will be 'Error retrieving breadcrumbs' warning in the Move Page dialog box.

Steps to replicate

1. Create a page with a title containing special character such as double quote (e.g: pic1.JPG)
2. Create a child page under the page created in Step 1
3. Try to move the child page to another location and there is an 'Error retrieving breadcrumbs' warning shown (pic1.JPG)

However, when trying to select the New Parent Page and pointing to the same parent page (pic3.JPG), the breadcrumb is displayed with the special character (double-quote) (pic4.JPG).
