Please add an option to upload an audio file into the user profile with the (preferred/correct) spelling of the user name. Please add a "play" button to spell out the name.

Rational:
When working with multi-national, multi-language teams, there are many cases where the user name can not be described for the whole team to use.

In many cases, the English spelling is not enough to know how to spell the user name.

Entering the name in local language is not useful. e.g., Non Chinese speakers can not use the Chinese symbols to know how to pronounce the name.

Extra bonus: It will be nice if there will be a dictionary of spelled names that will arrive pre-bundled, and allow the users to choose from those names (best on their first name).
