Move a page by dragging in IE10

The move functionality of pages in the tree list view does not always seem to work in IE10 desktop mode.

While dragging a page to another position there is shown a line when to drop the page. If you drop the page when the line is not visible, the page will appear two times in the list (see attachment), after that the dragging and dropping does not work anymore unless you switch to another view and return to list view.

Seems to happen in Firefox 24.0 also.

Could you please look into this issue?
