I just upgraded our self-hosted servers to JIRA 6.1.4 and Confluence 5.4. When creating JIRA issues from a Confluence 'Product Requirements' table, the epic correctly shows up next to the 'Link to Epic' checkbox, however, if it is checked, the 'Create' button does not create the issue(s) in JIRA. Unchecking the 'Link to epic' checkbox allows issues to be created. I replicated this behavior for both single-issue and multiple-issue creations. This is not a huge deal, as I can switch over to JIRA and bulk link the issues to the correct epic in the Agile board, but it's still annoying.
