Initial info popup on new Confluence 5.3.1 is empty

      25.0.1 Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0, Confluence 5.3.1

      Confluence 5.3.1 has just been installed in our company. When I log in to Confluence, an info popup screen is shown with the title "What's New in Confluence 5.3". But it has no content as shown in the screenshot
