I am trying to share the following link on a confluence page:
No matter what I try, the link doesn't work. I inspected the "a" element in chrome and found that here isn't an "href" element. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the link itself (perhaps the ' in Atlassian's) or something else.
Steps to reproduce (there are three different ways):
1. Copy the URL from the Chrome toolbar into the clipboard
2. Paste the link directly into a Confluence page
3. Save the Confluence page
4. When viewing the page, clicking on the link does nothing
Also...
1. Copy the URL from the Chrome toolbar into the clipboard
2. With a blank Confluence page, use the "link" button (or Ctrl+K) in the Page editor
3. Select "Web Link"
4. Paste the URL into the "Address" field
5. Save the Page
6. When viewing the Page, clicking on the link doesn't do anything
Also...
1. Use the "Share a Link" page blueprint
2. Paste the URL into the "Link" field
3. The title isn't automatically retreived by Confluence (like it does with other links)
4. Saving the Page
5. When viewing the Page, clicking on the link doesn't do anything
I am using Chrome 31

Hi David
Apologies in the long delay getting back in touch. Thanks for your update on the ticket. It looks like this is actually a duplicate of CONF-24753. As this is a duplicate I'm going to close this issue out. What I will do is copy the steps to reproduce to CONF-24753 as I feel these will be useful.
