Share Content with group (over Share Button) does not notify users on the workbox notifications

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      If i sharing content with a usergroup, the users does not receive a workbox notification. Only a mail was sent.
