Copy and Paste Turns Space on Paragraph on the Editor (Firefox 25.0)

When copying and pasting content inside tables, in Confluence, it behaves different depending on how you insert the text. Here's the steps to reproduce and better understand:

      With Shift+Enter together:

      1. Edit a page and create a table
      2. Enter text separated by lines (using SHIFT+Enter)
      3. Copy the text and Paste in other table:

      With Only Enter

      1. Edit a page and create a table
      2. Enter the text separated by lines (only using ENTER)
      3. Copy the text and paste in other table

            Hi Giuliano,

I'm afraid there's a misunderstanding here as to what the problem is.

            • No space between lines when using SHIFT+Enter >> NORMAL behavior, the keyboard creates a 'newline' character
            • Space between lines when using only ENTER >> NORMAL behavior, the keyboard creates a new end-of-paragraph character with each ENTER
            • Space added between lines after copy-pasting with keyboard shorcuts >> FAULTY behavior, 'newline' chars are wrongly converted into 'new paragraph' chars

So the issue is only about copy-pasting 'newline' (SHIFT+Enter) chars. Copy-pasting normal paragraph chars (ENTER) is causing no problem at all.

By the way, the behavior specifically happens when using keyboard shortcuts such CTRL+C, CTRL+V or CTRL+INS, SHIFT+INS.

Workaround: using the contextual (right-click) menu instead of keyboard shorcuts.

            Thanks,
            Normand
