Search results include attachments of deleted pages

      I just upgraded from 1.4-DR6 to 1.4-RC2 and rebuilt the search index. Then I performed a search and it returned a result for an attachment on a page that no longer exists. It displayed the page with "(Page Deleted)" after the page title and instructed me to talk to the space administrator.
