Children display macro that includes excerpt doesn't correctly render include text

      When you use the Children display macro (set to include excerpts) and the excerpts on the children pages include an inclusion, the excerpt shown by the macro list the included page name, not the text from the page. It's way easier to show than explain. =) In the attached screenshot, the _GHName is the title of the page that contains the text "JIRA Agile," which is what should be displayed when the macro displays the excerpt text.
