Indent button doesnt indent text when text is in a table

      Repro:
      1. Create a table
      2. Type some text into a cell
      3. Bring cursor to beginning of text and click indent button --> nothing happens. Bring cursor to end of text and click indent button --> nothing happens.

      Workaround:
      1. Turn the text in a cell into a bullet
      2. Unbullet the text
      3. Click the indent button --> text gets indented
