Using Chrome the Edit Macro Mask is all over the place

With Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 m

When I edit any Macro, the edit mask is not showing correctly, but the various columns are messed up. I cannot react for all the fields or save the edits.

It works fine with other browsers,only Chrome creates an issue.
How can I figure out what is creating a problem on Chrome and fix this?
