Code macro does not maintain line breaks or code indentations in IE9

    Description

      Whenever copying code into the Code macro, it seems to strip away all line breaks and indentations. Copy/paste works fine in Chrome, but not in IE 9.

      The original issue CONF-23564 was reported fixed, but the issue still appears in IE 9 with the latest Confluence Version 5.2.4
