TOC macro does not resolve the anchor to a heading on Mac using Firefox

If you create a page using headings and a toc-macro it works all fine on a Mac using Safari – using Firefox a click on a link in the toc does not end up in a jump to the corresponding part of the text - stays as is.

Having this problem on a confluence 5.1.4 and 5.2.3 but "Affected Versions" says that there is no 5.2.3 existing ?
