"Browse for files" link in Attachments macro doesn't work for second and subsequent macros on a single page

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Add two Attachments macros to a single page in Confluence.
      2. Click the "Browse for files" link on the second macro.

      Nothing at all happens on the second macro. This occurs under Safari 7 and the latest Chrome and Firefox. The first macro pops up the browser's Open dialog correctly.
