Avoid the preview of attachments being loaded in attachments macro

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When there are a lot of large PDF attachments, the performance of the page using attachments macro is very poor. This is because Confluence loads all of the attachment previews when loading the page.

      We need to turn off the way the attachments macro shows the previews automatically, while still being able to use the viewfile macro elsewhere.
