Updating Confluence space sidebars is very manual and click-intensive.

Our Use Case:
We have ~15 spaces, and in addition to whatever links the space admins have, we administratively set links to a predetermined list of other spaces (the main space, HR, etc.). Every time we make a change or add a space, we need to go and manually update each space with the new link. We're only going to be adding spaces, which means an exponential growth in this process.

Suggestions:
1) Create a section somewhere in the Administration panel which allows admins to map a single sidebar to multiple spaces.

2) Allow admins to define a list of shortcuts for ALL spaces, which aren't editable by space admins.
