TOC links with a question mark do not behave as active links in IE and Firefox. THIS IS VERY PROBLEMATIC!

      Hi,

      I am creating a Frequently Asked Questions page. I am using TOC macro to display a question, that when clicked a user will drop to it's answer.

      Currently, the page with that TOC macro (where the headings include a question mark) works only in Chrome. This behavior is not supported in IE or Firefox. This is very problematic, do you have a fix in place that you can direct me to?
