Search by author does not return attachments

*Not sure if this is a bug or a feature

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add some attachments
3. Search the attachment name
4. The attachment would appear on the search results
5. Now filter the search results with the author name
6. Notice that the attachment is not returned in the search results.
