Steps to replicate:

1. Add a New Page
2. Type "This is a test"
3. Mouse select "test" and click Bold icon
4. Mouse click so cursor is after "test"
4. Press return
5. Select Bullet icon
The cursor is automatically placed in the line above bullet after the word test. Down arrow keys and mouse clicks does not allow user to enter anything after the bullet.
