In either a comment or the editor, if you type {quote}, a new quote block is created.

The cursor jumps to the next line and in Firefox, you cannot go back to the quote block, so you cannot introduce text.

If you do the same in Chrome, you can go into the quote block and add the text., but when you press ENTER, a new quote block is created, when the expected behaviour would be to add a new line in the same quote block.
