Pasting content from Word containing multiple headings concatenates all list entries in to a single list

To reproduce:

1. Open the attached word doc.
2. Copy the contents.
3. Paste it in to Confluence.

> The separate lists have been combined in to one.

I've attached screenshots to demonstrate the problem, this is incredibly annoying when trying to bring it large amounts of content.
