When usermanagement is delegated to Jira, the user has to signup in Jira. That can be confusing.

The following occured to a user:
a) Administrator set up confluence and Jira
b) He set it up to make Jira hold the user data
c) I have admin rights too and was cleaning up some UI issues and have been directing new users to confluence as I was afraid they woudl be scared of Jira
d) Hmmm .. no "sign-up" page.
e) So I enable it. but it won't work. Error. Admin tells me I am a loser .. and that I should send users to Jira to signup .. then back to confluence to log in.

Better integration would be a good thing. So if Jira and confluence were linked .. Confluence "knows" to add a "sign up" link (if it's turned on) that points to Jira instead.
