Left panel overlaps custom banner in Chrome

Reproduced only with Google Chrome.

If you set a custom header by adding an image at the beginning of the body with the following custom HTML:

<img src="path/to/image.png" style="width:100%; height=auto">

In some screens the left panel overlaps the banner (see attached image for clarification).
