Since we upgraded to 5.2, the blue header is not showing in Confluence. I think it is because of a template, but since the top bar is not showing, I can't go to administration to review it.

Here is what is displayed instead of the menu bar: com confluence-init.properties crowd.properties hash-registry.properties lgplTemplate.soy log4j.properties log4j-diagnostic.properties logging.properties mime.types osuser.xml seraph-config.xml seraph-paths.xml velocity_implicit.vm velocity.properties.

This is a critical issue for us as we can't do anything in Confluence now (well, we can still use shortcut and such, but nothing else).
