Pressing Show More in activity stream macro show extraneous information

Actual:
When you press Show More in a macro (e.g. on the user's home page) more information is shown, but the user profile information is added also, resulting in multiple avatars appearing on the page and multiple copies of the user's name appearing on the page.
Expected:
Pressing Show More just shows new data.
