Certain Special Character In The Change Comment are Stripped In The Recently-Updated-Dashboard Macro

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Edit a page
2. Before saving the page put the following characters into the "What Did You Change" fields:

   `~!@#$%^&*()_-+=|\}]{["':;?/>.<,

   

3. Save the page
4. Wait for a minute
5. Access your dashboard

Expected Results:

Confluence "Recently-Updated-Dashboard" macro should display the whole character without stripping certain special characters from it.

Actual Results:

Confluence "Recently-Updated-Dashboard" macro stripped the following characters:

• _
• +
• '[' and ']'
