When you try to open a mobile link of a page in a Computer with IE 8 or 9, it simply doesn't render the page, just a blue box in the header instead.

Firefox and Chrome open the link without issues.

Steps to reproduce:
1) using a mobile device, view any Confluence page
2) copy the URL and send it to a desktop user
3) using IE8 or 9 with compatibility mode disabled, try to open that mobile URL
4) the page will show up blank with a blue header (see attached screenshot)
