STEPS TO REPRO

• create a page
• insert the TOC in the page
• paste some long text and within it create a couple of headings (for instance: heading 2 or heading 3)
• in the text of the heading, put some text which contains a single quote, for instance:

some text bla bla
(Heading 2) Casi d'uso
some other text bla bla
(Heading 3) Limiti dell'ambito
some more text bla bla

• save the page, look at the TOC and try to click to one of the headings with the single quote character to jump to the corresponding paragraph

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
The page jumps to the correct paragraph, just like when clicking on an heading with no single quote in it.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
Clicking on the heading in the TOC does nothing.
