I want to be able to search for an attachment by name.

It seems to work for some files, but not others - havent been able to establish a pattern that would suggest a bug...
Not sure whether the attachment is getting a hit because the indexing of the attachment itself - it didnt seem to me that the attachment name was included in the index...

We would need to be able to handle attachments with spaces in the name...
