Description
The tooltips for the buttons in the Attachments macro are displaying a tooltip of "$itemTooltip" instead of the desired tooltip.
See the attached screenshot showing the tooltip as well as the underlying HTML with the raw Velocity reference.
The screenshot is from IE8+XP, but I can also repro on FF 23+OSX.
