I am experiencing this problem in Firefox, but not in Chrome or Safari.

When I have a heading that includes a question mark, the link to that heading from the Table of Contents macro does not work.

      To reproduce:

      1) Create a new page.
      2) Insert some Heading 1s that include a question mark at the end.
      3) Insert the Table of Contents macro somewhere on the page.
      4) Save your change and view the page in a Firefox browser window.

Expected result: The TOC will list all the headings (up to the level that you specified in the macro). When you click on a heading, it will take you to that section of the page.

Actual result: The TOC lists all the headings correctly, but when you click on any of them, nothing happens.

I am writing a FAQ page. It is very hard to do that without including question marks in the headings! Help!!
