Confluence Attachment Macro

Confluence Attachment Macro - is not showing old attachment versions.

The small arrow is coming up, but when you click on it, it only shows empty lines, it doesn't show the actual old versions of the attachment - see screenshot.

I can still see the old attachments if I go to the page attachments and use the small arrow.
