"Emoticons" don't get exported to Word..

      Good Morning;

      We have migrated our preproduction version from confluence 3.5.9 to 4.3.7.
      During the testing mode, one of our user has noticed that the emoticons are not exported into word.
      This seems to be a bug reported here :
      https://jira.atlassian.com/i#browse/CONF-25599

      We need a really urgent workaround because we cannot install the version 5.2 where the bug seems to be fixed.

            Thanks for raising this issue. As you've pointed out this issue is resolved in Confluence 5.2. As this is not a serious security issue we won't be providing a patch for older versions of Confluence.

            The best way to obtain this fix is to upgrade to the latest version.
