JIRA Macro doesn't work since upgrading to 5.2.3

Old pages that had a JIRA macro on them stopped working since upgrading to 5.2.3. I know that this macro changes in 5.2 so we tried editing the page and pasting in the JIRA url into the page again - which appeared to work in that the JIRA thumbnail appeared in the editor and you could edit the macro and see all the issues properly. However, when we saved, the JIRA list was empty.

If I edit the macro on the preview page, the "search" field lists accurate values:

"project = CAYENNE AND fixVersion = "3.2.5" ORDER BY updated DESC, priority DESC, created ASC"

and the preview below shows all the JIRAs that match the above criteria. Once saving the page, nothing is displayed.
