Expand macro, when created after list, does not allow creating a list within expand section

      To recreate:
      1) Create a blank page
      2) Select bullet list from toolbar and type something
      3) Press enter for new line
      4) Backspace to clear bullet and now add "expand" macro
      5) Within "expand macro," select numbered list from toolbar

      Note that instead of creating a new numbered list within the expand macro, it changes the bullet list before the expand section.

      This can be worked around by adding a couple carriage returns to break out of the list element and then re-indenting the "expand" macro, however this has caused some frustration with users.
