Pages are not able to be added, edited, or deleted if there is a watcher of a page or space which has been deleted. This also includes the addition of comments.
Customer can fix this themselves by going to:
- https://<<instance_url>>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/flushcache.action
Or - https://<<instance_url>>.jira.com/wiki/admin/cachestatistics.action >> Flush All
