Step to reproduce.

1. Add a list variable with two or more value in a template (eg, a,b,c)
2. Create a page using the template.
3. Choose any value in the list other than the first value. In this case I will choose value b from the list.

Expected
Page created with a value b.

Actual result.
Page created with a value a. The page created will follow the first value in the list no matter which value is chosen by the customer.
