Confluence > Jira link uses 'Application URL' instead of 'Display URL'

Similar to CONF-22283, Confluence (5.1.5) doesn't link properly into Jira (v6.0.6#6105). While the integration between Jira and Confluence seems to work (e.g. searching issues), the link displayed in the rendered page does not pull the value for 'Display URL', but 'Application URL'.

I've checked the add-ons in both applications, but they seem to be up to date.

Update: See comments. Partially solved in 5.2.3.

            Hi All

This looks to be a duplicate of CONF-29182 I want to centralise all the focus on this to a single issue so I'm going to be closing this as a duplicate. If you have any comments that you would like to add I urge to add these to CONF-29182.

            Regards

As of 11/11/2013, this issue is NOT resolved. I have just updated my company's JIRA/Confluence instance to the latest releases (JIRA 6.1 and Confulence 5.3), and now our application linking is broken.

This is a blocker for us, as our application deployments depend on being able to reference JIRA issues from within Confluence.

Atlassian, please address this issue quickly.

Eh, not so fast. The dropdown link menu (top left corner) still shows the wrong address.

Also in the Confluence editing mode, when you click on a Jira issue it brings up an open 'View in Jira'. This also uses the wrong link.

However, once you saved it (in the view mode), it gets the correct link.

            JIRA 6.0.8, Confluence 5.2.3

Installed Confluence 5.2.3 and it seems to work now.
