There is a layout problem with IE5.5 (PC) that sounds like a CSS issue on the edit page screen.
I would have taken a screen shot, but I can't actually replicate this bug, as for some reason dummy "stub" versions of IE 501 and 55 won't log in successfully (perhaps a separate issue?). The issue arose for a client that is using IE5.5. From her description over the phone:
      1) the Help Tips take up half the screen, and overlaps a lot of the formf, making editing quite difficult.
      2) all the top fields appear (title, etc) and the main text box, as well as the permissions drop down menu
      3) the form buttons are not visible (update preview cancel) making saving changes tricky I suggested a workaround which was to click outside the text field, and hit enter, which succesfully submitted the form.
