Links with Apostrophe in it can not be inserted

    Description

      I'm trying to insert a link in a confluence page that includes an apostrophe.
      The link that i'm trying to insert is: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Confluence+User's+Guide.
      After saving, the link is gone (see screenshot). The bug can easily be reproduced.

      According to this jira project should have been fixed a number of times but apparently the issue is back. Cfr:
