Livesearch does not further refine searches using after entered space terms

1. When typing a search term into a livesearch box, initial results matching the first term are dynamically displayed.
2. When beginning to type a second search term and observe that the results are not further filtered according to the second search term. In fact, the search results are not updated at all, the list remains exactly the same as was generated in the first step.
